Freshness First. Always. Because our juice is raw, unpasteurized, and preservative-free, it is a
living product. To ensure you receive the highest quality nutrients and flavor, we currently restrict
our service area to ensure minimal transit time.

1. Local St. Louis Delivery
We bring the wellness directly to your doorstep.

  • Service Area: We deliver to residential and business addresses within 25 miles of St.
    Louis.
  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on [e.g., Tuesdays and Fridays]. Orders must
    be placed by [e.g., 5:00 PM the day prior] to be included in the next delivery window.
  • Contactless Drop-off: Our team will leave your insulated bag at your door. We
    recommend retrieving your juice and refrigerating it immediately.
  • Not Home? If you will not be home, please leave a cooler with ice packs accessible for
    our driver. NuVira Juice Co. is not responsible for spoilage if juice is left unrefrigerated
    after delivery.

2. Shipping (Missouri Only)
We currently ship exclusively within the state of Missouri to guarantee 1-Day Ground transit
times.

  • How We Pack: Your juice is flash-chilled and packed in an insulated liner with frozen gel
    packs to maintain proper temperature during transit.
  • Carrier: We ship via UPS/FedEx Ground.
  • Schedule: To prevent fresh juice from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we only ship orders on Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be pressed and shipped the following Monday.

3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or delayed by the carrier, please snap
    a photo and email us at info@nuvirajuice.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will
    happily replace your order or issue a credit.
